Scope
This policy applies to a personal connector that links a WHOOP account with an AI assistant. The connector is intended for private fitness and recovery analysis, not for public use or medical diagnosis.
Data accessed
With your permission, the connector may read:
- basic WHOOP profile and account information needed to identify the connected account;
- workout and cycle information, including activity type, duration and strain;
- sleep information and sleep performance; and
- recovery metrics made available by WHOOP.
Access is read-only. The connector does not change your WHOOP data or receive your WHOOP password.
How data is used
The information is used only to answer your requests, summarise workouts, sleep and recovery, and support fitness check-ins or trend analysis you ask for. It may also be processed as needed to maintain and secure the connection.
Your control
You can revoke the connector’s access at any time from your WHOOP account settings. You can also request that the connection be removed or ask about deletion of data associated with the connector by using the contact address below.
Security and retention
The connector uses WHOOP’s authorisation process and takes reasonable measures to protect access credentials and personal information. Data is kept only for as long as needed to provide the requested service, maintain the connection, or meet legal obligations.
This policy page itself contains no forms, advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
